In China studying full-time regular schools of higher learning in the present economic difficulties, specialist students (including vocational students), graduate students and second-degree students can apply for the National Student Loan. Meet the following requirements of students from poor families can apply for a loan:
(1) of the People's Republic of nationality and identity card holders of People's Republic of China;
